Player Training Sessions

Training your players is an important part of managing a successful team. If you promote to the next level, each player will lose 20% of their skill so you need to keep training your players on a regular basis to keep your overall quality at a high level.

For your training sessions to have the best possible impact you need to focus on improving the white attributes and not so much the grey attributes. Having high white attributes will help your players perform better. It’s irrelevant how high your players’ grey attributes are. Here you will find some basic training drills to help you improve your players in each position. These drills will focus mainly on the white attributes.

GK (11 white attributes)

This training session improves your GK’s Reflexes x2, Agility x2, Throwing, Kicking, Aerial Reach, Anticipation, Rushing Out, Punching, Communication, Concentration x2, Fitness.

These training drills improve all 11 white attributes.

DL/DR (8 white attributes)

DMC (10 white attributes)
