In 2019, Nordeus introduced a new type of player bonus called ‘Team Play’ Bonus, or TP Bonus for short. The bonus works similar to the training bonuses, only whereas the training bonuses are for your team as a whole, the TP bonus is for each individual player. Again, the bonus ranges from 0%-10% and decreases by 2% each day.
So what we need to do is keep each player’s TP bonus at 10% for every match as this will significantly impact their performance during the match for the better. Research has shown that a low TP bonus will have a significant negative impact on your players’ performance. Over the course of a season you will drop many points from having poor TP bonuses for your players.
So this article will teach you how to maintain a 10% TP bonus for each player every day of the season. The best part about it is you don’t need to spend any money and the exercise uses minimal condition each day. The goal can be achieved in two parts. Part one is selecting the correct training drills to use for this excellent Top Eleven tip, the second part explains how we maximize the training to use as little condition as possible.
The training drills for this trick will only reduce your players’ condition by 4.5% each time and once you have your players at 10% TP bonus, you only need to run this training session twice per day to maintain the 10%. We also only need 3 different types of training drills, one from Physical & Mental, one from Attack and one from Defence. Each training drill from each category needs to be selected twice consecutively like below.

So how do we maximize the training drills to use as little condition as possible? Well, we need a couple of free videos to do this so try and make sure you always have at least two videos available to watch in the morning as this Top Eleven tip needs completing in the morning before any of your matches take place. Don’t forget, you get 25 FREE rest pack videos and 15 extra videos to use how you like per day.
To maximize the training drills we need to use the Special Coach which can be located in the ‘Training’ section. You should see a button that says ‘Get 2x’ in the middle of your screen, although this button will only appear once you have selected your training drills and the players you wish to train. Please note, if you do not have any videos available, this button will also not appear. So we need to pick our first 11 players, our six training drills and assuming we have two videos available we can use the Special Coach. This coach will double the effect of the training on your players and will not reduce their condition any more than normal.
So this is a pretty cool way to give your players maximum preparation for each game. You have no excuse not to start every match you play with each player having a 10% TP bonus and with the help of our Training Bonus guide, have a 40% team bonus on top.
